Governing Law and Contract Formation

No contract will subsist between you and Wise Music Classical for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Wise Music Classical accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Wise Music Classical sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United States of America. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, and you and  irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the United States of America Courts, and specifically New York State.

 

 

Ordering

We aim to ship items within one working day of printing the music for your order, though we cannot guarantee this. The vast majority of titles displayed at the website are printed by us after your order is received.

These print-on-demand titles are sold as-is. The titles available are pre-publication or out-of-print editions. These titles may be computer-engraved or they may be written by hand. They may not represent a composer’s final intentions.

We will send you an email to confirm your order has been received and whether or not it has been accepted. You can also email info@classicalondemand.com with a request. Be sure to include your order reference number, if you have it.

Price and availability information displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. 

Shipments outside the United States of America may be subject to local import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Discounts and Special Offers

All discounts, special offers and promotions are subject to availability, may be withdrawn or changed without notice, and may not be used in conjunction with any other offers, except where explicitly stated. If an item is subject to two available discounts, we reserve the right to decide which will be applied.

You may not combine any discount obtained through one of our special accounts (such as a wholesale or distributor account) with any commission you may receive through an Affiliate Agreement between yourself and Music Sales Classical 

Music Sales Classical will monitor sales coming from Affiliate links on a regular basis; if we suspect that an Affiliate has received an Affiliate commission and a discount on the same order we will cancel the applicable Affiliate commission and may end the Affiliate relationship between the Affiliate in question and Music Sales Classical

Our Returns Policy

No returns or refunds.

Downloadable PDF files

Copyright of downloaded musical works is protected. You are allowed to share parts with ensemble members. You are not allowed to print the music. Music is ONLY for your personal use, NOT for distribution.

The music you download is protected in the following ways:

1. Password: please use your own email address as the password to open the file.
2. Your name and your order number will be stamped on every page, and embedded in the file.
3. Files are non-printable.

After purchasing a digital download, please go to My Downloadable Products to download the file. Your file download link never expires so you can use this page as your backup music library. The music comes as a password-protected, non-printable PDF file.

Works may be subject to revision. We reserve the right to update products but shall not be liable for revision of content appearing in music library backups. We reserve the right to remove products in the future for reasons including but not limited to their withdrawal by the composer.

User Generated Content: Submission Including Comments

You shall not upload to, or distribute or otherwise publish on to the Site any libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise illegal material.

You acknowledge that any submissions you make to the Site (i.e., user-generated content including but not limited to: comments, forum messages, reviews, text, video, audio and photographs, as well as computer code and applications) (each, a “Submission”) may be edited, removed, modified, published, transmitted, and displayed by us and you waive any rights you may have in having the material altered or changed in a manner not agreeable to you.
